Architected software for next-gen ground antenna array, including closed feedback loop between satellite and ground
Owned the end-to-end lifecycle of software foundational to satellite internet delivery and operations, including architecture; verification, monitoring, and in-space upgrade strategies; documentation; and usage tooling
Eliminated bi-weekly crashes at monitoring stations by rearchitecting the firmware, including migrating from Python to C++ to leverage direct memory-mapped IO to the FPGA instead of TCP/IP transactions to a buggy vendor binary
Enabled power-off-safe updates for deployed RFSoCs at monitoring stations by implementing dual-copy mechanism
Architected software config structure and build system to emphasize scalability and traceability across the satellite life cycle
Reduced realtime deadline violations by 10x via non-blocking UART/ethernet and reprioritizing telemetry collection
Diagnosed a one-fault safety violation in the gyroscope hardware, analyzed solutions, and implemented a fix in firmware
Defined firmware requirements for operating a GNSS receiver to supply accurate orbit determination information

Streamlined Linux configuration workflow with scripts and Makefiles to assist TI customers with custom board porting
Formulated a minimal Linux and U-Boot configuration for AM64 processors to emulate the custom board port process
Aligned with several software teams to limit product overlap and minimize customer confusion with TI software

Designed robust, efficient data pipeline on AWS to ingest 800+ compliance management data assets into AWS RDS
Configured alarming, monitoring, and testing (90%+ coverage) for early error detection in a full CD environment
Built redriving webpage for failed imports using React.JS, AWS SQS, and AWS Lambda to enable fast error recovery

Designed Audio Fingerprinting (Shazam) lab to familiarize students with spectrograms and time-frequency analysis
